Before a candidate is interviewed Arabia Staffing requires the following documents:
Proof of ID (Passport/Driver’s licence)
Reference letters
Referee emails and phone numbers
First Aid certificate
DBS (Disclosure and barring service check)*
*DBS explained: The Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) helps prevent unsuitable people from working with vulnerable groups, including children, by carrying out a criminal records check through the Police National Computer. DBS checks are essential for any family wishing to employ staff who will be working with and around their children. The DBS was previously known as the CRB. We check candidates enhanced DBS/CRB certificates. A DBS check has no official expiry date. It is up to an employer to decide if an updated certificate is needed.
