Look over candidate documents
Check that the candidate has public liability insurance
International Clients Legal Obligations
An employment contract should be in place, agreed on and signed before the candidate takes up a position
Employer’s liability insurance must be in place
Salary, work visa, flights, working hours, suitable accommodation, meals, travel expenses, travel accommodation, travel visa, health insurance, overtime pay, paid holiday period must all be written into the contract (Arabia Staffing will advise on this)
Any other relevant legal obligations as required by the laws of your city/country
London-based Clients Legal Obligations
