Candidates will be interviewed in London. For non-British candidates, interviews will take place via Skype
Suitable candidates will be vetted: academic/nanny/first aid certifications, ID/Police checks and references will all be checked
Candidate CVs will be presented to families/clients. Families/Clients will have the option to interview via Skype or in person (at the cost of the client)
Once a candidate has been chosen, Arabia Staffing can help prepare a draft contract offer. Families/Clients will have the option to start with a trial period or proceed with full employment
Families/clients are encouraged to speak to candidate referees by phone
Once a candidate has accepted an offer, families/clients should formalize the agreement with an official contract in accordance with the laws of their city/country
Families/clients must ensure that their country’s labour laws allow foreign nationals the rights to work and live there. It is the client’s responsibility to provide visas for candidates
Families/Clients should take out employer’s liability insurance and make sure the candidate takes out public liability insurance for cover protection in the event of accidents in the course of work
After a candidate has accepted a position, relationships with the families/clients and candidates will continue for the entire length of the contract and beyond.
