A Middle-Eastern family travelling to Europe for the month of July and August are seeking an EFL teacher to improve the English level of two of the older children in the family (Girl 10, Boy 9).
There will be no nanny duties within this role as the family already have nannies in place to take care of the younger children in the family. The family will be in London next week (first week of July) and looking to interview asap for a role beginning the second week of July. An EFL teacher with a CELTA/TESOL qualification or a PGCE/QTS qualified English teacher would best suit this role. The children are warm and chatty with a variety of interests but need work on pronunciation and reading/writing. The family would like to encourage the two children to read more books, encourage an interest in world affairs/independent thinking and less time spent on their smart phones/in front of screens. There are no learning difficulties/behavioural issues with the children; this is simply a straight forward tutoring role to improve their English level for return back to school after the holidays. The family will be in London for a brief time before travelling to Paris and Geneva for the remainder of the holidays.
A DBS certificate and First Aid certificate will be required for this role. A stipend will be provided for the tutor to buy books, take the children on outings and any other expenses that will be accrued whilst on duty (including travel insurance).
