An experienced, graduate calibre candidate with prior experience working as a private business assistant is sought for an international businessman with offices in London, the Middle-East and the US.
Duties will include: -Taking care of an extensive art collection and handling all insurance/transportation/dealing with art/auction houses -Handling all invoices, expenses, insurance policies -Keeping an up-to date, organised and secure filing system on the move and office-based -Event organising and planning -Dealing with the client's key aides internationally -Organising all travel/visas and dealing with the client's aircraft including liaising with pilots/engineers and arranging maintenance of aircraft -Researching, proof-reading documents, writing reports/speeches; excellent writing skills with perfect spelling, grammar and punctuation required for formal documents -Attending highly discreet meetings/minute taking -Liaising with the client's solicitors/accountants -Coordinating and maintaining relationships between different offices, foundations and stake holders -Free to travel weekly and at the last minute to the three main locations and internationally
